We work with different markets and each one of them has different norms and specifications.
Getting to know potential buyers, is one step to be successful. Also, you should understand the importers’ market, their country’s trade regulations, their culture, and their specific needs, to mention but a few.
When exporting, it is important to have someone in the importer’s country who is familiar with the specific sector of the products to be exported.
Preferable someone who has been many years in that business and knows the government officials for a long time. This is important as that network can be used on your behalf. Above all, Due Diligence on your part is important in your business success.
Our contacts have experience and they are well qualified to handle all type of transactions with professionalism and observing the best practices in the business.

We understand that a good business practice is to be in continuous touch with all the parts of the transaction and for that reason we are very accessible online and by phone.
This is particularly important when the importer or buyer has some questions about the product and needs a timely response. Being able to respond fast to any question or concern that the buyer may have will build a potential buyer's confidence in your firm's ability to complete the international transaction.

Our philosophy is to serve the needs of our clients in the best possible way. We believe that the success of our clients translates into our own.
We strive to get our clients’ satisfaction by getting the transaction in the least possible time, with the least possible inconvenience and with the best possible benefit to them.

Technology and research allow us to continuously identify new business opportunities
We adjust to the market needs as technology transforms the way on how we trade and what we trade. By using technological innovations, it allows us to maximize benefits to our clients. Technical innovations such as digital technologies are changing the way international businesses are done. Ignoring these changes brought by technological innovations makes it harder for importers and exporters to succeed in doing international trade.
We use platforms in the import /export industry that allows us to minimize the risks and maximize the safety of any business transaction. Different data basis allows us to be up to date with information about technical requirements, tariffs, trade agreements, statistics and any relevant information to reach a specific market. This information translates into a better service. We are committed to providing the best service to our clients.

We believe that a team effort brings motivation and better results for any business transaction.
Business’s success is due to the hard work of everyone involved. We can facilitate and increase the global commerce by identifying importers and exporters of different products around the world.

The degree of our involvement varies depending on the agreements we have with our clients.
Quite often the exporter is not close to the exit port and costs of transporting the merchandise to it could be costly. This transportation costs, might put the exporter’ product out of competitiveness with exporters close to the exit port. Our company promotes the competitiveness of medium and small businesses by facilitating knowledge and transport logistics to be more efficient in the trade with other countries.
We can guide you in every step of the export process (i.e. considering the best forms of payment, the least expensive and most efficient shipping company, and properly insuring the goods being exported) to adjust to the market needs maximizing your benefits and minimizing your risks.

NEW TRADE OPPORTUNITIES
The increasing trade tensions between China and the United States have created new opportunities for the Latin American countries that have seen a substantial increase in their share of trade to China.
China is heavily invested in infrastructure. There are 267 airports that are being built or designed, and 257 green data centers.
With 1.4 billion people, China is the world’s largest consumer market.
Chinese consumer spending is expected to triple to 6 trillion dollars by 2020. China growing middle class creates increased opportunities for exports.
ā
On Nov 5th to 10th, 2018 an International Import Expo (CIIE) promoted by the Chinese government was held in Shanghai, China. The main objective was to attract companies from around the world that export or are interested in exporting to China. The Chinese government wants to meet the increasing demand of China’s consumers for almost every product exported in the world. This Expo is just one example on how the world economy is moving and how some countries are shifting their economic and trade policies to adapt to their new market demands. These new market demands create many opportunities for countries (like the Latin American countries) for exports to that immense China market. China’s willingness to increase trade with other countries is accompanied with increased technological sharing and investments opportunities.
ā
We believe this is the best time for the Latin American companies to export to different countries, specially to China. Our goal is to be the bridge that helps companies succeed with their exports.
Feel free to give us a call to find out how we can help your company achieve its export or import goals to or from any part of the world.
